Jon Goode

Founder & CEO

Jon Goode, a native of Natick, MA, is the founder and CEO of KBK Sports. He most recently spent 16+ seasons as a Vice President with the Lowell Spinners, Class A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox and 5+ seasons with the Nashua Silver Knights of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League, where he is a founder of the team and founder of the league the Silver Knights play in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

Danielle Goode

Chief Marketing Officer

Danielle Goode, a native of Natick, MA, is the Chief Marketing Officer of KBK Sports. She brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing leadership, having held roles with Dell, Red Hat, and several high-growth technology startups. Throughout her career, Danielle has led go-to-market strategy, brand development, and strategic partnerships with industry leaders including VMware, NVIDIA, and AWS. An entrepreneur at heart, she is passionate about building brands, creating unforgettable experiences for fans and collectors, and growing communities through innovative marketing, storytelling, and authentic connections.

Zach Cousineau

Director of Product Management

Zachary Cousineau is a native of Lowell, MA and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a major in Journalism. He previously held internships across Massachusetts including at the Bay State Games, GameTime Sports and Fitness, and the New Bedford Bay Sox. His favorite sports include golf, tennis, ultimate frisbee, and football with his favorite team being the New England Patriots. Cousineau is responsible for overseeing the events put on by KBK Sports and acquiring the memorabilia that is being displayed in our auctions.

Chris Conte

Director of Customer Relations & Staff Supervisor

Chris Conte graduated Becker College in Worcester, MA with a degree in Sport Management & a minor in Psychology. Conte previously completed internships with the Worcester Railers and KBK Sports before graduation. The New England Patriots is his favorite team and he loves football. Conte also coaches football at his former Middle School in Burlington Mass. He also loves Marvel, WWE & trying new restaurants. His career goal is to own a Sports Bar, since he almost became a chef and believes that food, family & sports bring everyone together!

Mike Butler

Director of Inventory & Auction Operations

Mike is a graduate of Nichols College, where he played Defensive Back for the football team. He loves all sports especially football & hockey. He started with KBK Sports as an intern, part-time field worker, and has earned a spot on the KBK Sports Staff. He is in charge of building the auctions for the events and helps out with making sure it runs smoothly.

Keith Stead

Director of Online Auctions

Keith is a graduate of UMass Amherst and also from Lowell, MA. He graduated with a Sports Management degree and loves all things baseball and music. He has previously had internships in Data Management at Signiant and sports information at Bay State Games. He likes to spend his free time playing video games and bowling with his friends! Keith started at KBK in 2020 as a part time employee. He is now the architect behind our online auctions!
