Robert,

I wanted to update you on Amanda’s volleyball accomplishments.  Amanda trained all summer up at Nolan getting ready for the big 9th grade and high school sports.  She trained in their strength and conditioning program, 4 days a week all summer for 3 ½ hours a day.  It was hard but she was well prepared both physically and mentally thanks to all of your previous training.  She really felt so prepared for the conditioning and she and Ellie impressed everyone with all of their weight lifting abilities!

Amanda made the Nolan Varsity Volleyball team and so far has been the starting Middle Blocker.  I thought you would want to know because there is no question that all of your months of training prepared her for the mental and physical challenges she will face as a varsity athlete.  She is very excited and really a little shocked and overwhelmed.  She is apparently the first freshman to make varsity in over 10 years.

Thank you for everything you have done.

"Hi, my name is Crystal Wills.  I am a volleyball player at Grayson County College. This past summer I worked out with Robert Brown to increase my vertical. I not only increased my vertical but I increased my strength all around and I was much quicker than I had been. This training not only helped me physically but mentally. I learned to push myself to do things I thought I could not achieve. Robert did not make it easy, but he did make fun. My advice to those of you who are looking at this program that you consider it seriously."
